John Galliano you never fail to amaze me!

I just re-read his show report from his June S/S 2011 show! It's beautiful, here's a a tiny bit of proof that the man is amazing...

Jil Sander, what are you doing?!

Realllly not a fan of these skirts, I liked the use of colour but I thought as a whole it was bland and boring and the shapes are not flattering anyone! The one thing I did like were the coats but that's not saying much!

'Buy a biker jacket, quick!'

Burberry prorsum spring/summer 2011 ready to wear is gorgeous, I really am a fan! I might have to start saving now to be able to afford one of their biker jackets, but I think it may be necessary :)
as it's not letting me upload any images right now, I'm just gonna tell YOU to watch this show on http://www.vogue.com/ it's geniussss!

Bath :D

On Friday I went to Bath with my college to visit the Museum of Fashion & Clothing, It was such a lovely place, although I would of preferred the museum to last longer and the journey to be shorter but all in all the place was amazing, the houses look beautiful, the roads look old and it's full of adorable little shops, including a vintage shop called 'The Shambles' and a shop full of trilby's and bowler hat's called 'The Mad Hatters' or something similar. I'd love to go back when I actually have wages to spendddd! :)

Masculine & Tear

Our first college task was too pick 2 words out of a plastic wallet then create a sculpture based on those words, as my group got the words 'Masculine' and 'Tear' we brainstormed ideas and come up with big, strong, statement shapes (hence the shoulders) representing power which links to masculinity, we also decided to make the word 'tear' a sort of subheading, which is why only one section of our sculpture was actually torn, we focused mainly on making it masculine.

I think we did a really good job to be honest, considering it was our first task and we were sort of thrown in at the deep end and the choice of what we done was completely ours, I really like the back it's sort of like armour.

not to bad for our first task aye? the only disappointment was that they told us there would be a 'special visitor' who turned out to be Prince Charles :| ha!

It was obvious...

that my first post was going to be something about Pete Doherty! He's nothing less then amazing and this picture is laaaavly! ;)
